Birdsong is our beautiful 220 year old restored Goan home that is tucked away in the quiet village of Moira in north Goa. 

We have six spacious suites, a courtyard swimming pool, a steam room, a lush garden, and warm common spaces.​

We have taken great efforts to nurture our grounds, and welcome the biodiversity that a thriving garden invites. A frog or insect may occasionally enter a bedroom, especially during the monsoon. Should this happen, our staff has been trained to safely (and non–violently) remove the critter and release it outside. ​

Birdsong is a family home, and our two Indie dogs Begum and Chikki live here with us. They are friendly, well-behaved and spend the majority of their time in the private family quarters.

We are in the beautiful, green, heritage village of Moira. As responsible neighbors, we are committed to maintaining the tranquility of our village. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm as per the village Panchayat guidelines.

Our six unique guest suites are all located on the ground floor of the villa, and you will have access to all our shared spaces - the swimming pool, pool house, steam room, gym etc. High speed internet is available across the property. We have consciously chosen not to install a television in the bedrooms, but there is a 75 inch television in the pool house for you to watch movies and catch games. ​

Our lovely team of seven will ensure that you have a memorable stay with us. The housekeeping staff clean rooms daily and provide an evening turndown service. While breakfast is included in your stay, for Lunch and Dinner we follow a community set-meal system. 

Our kitchen offers daily fixed menus that need to be booked in advance. The meals are fresh and delicious, and we can work with you to customize a menu that’s suitable to you, especially in the case of Full Villa Bookings.​

We are a family of readers, writers, designers, and Nature lovers. So here you will find a vast library of books, cosy nooks to curl up and read in, art and curios from across the world, unique architectural elements, excellent, armchair birding, and personalised attention to every guest.
